Hey everyone! Pilates Around the World is back!
This time I am performing the Front Support, also known as High Plank, in front of a beautiful water/rock cascade located in The Park Vegas.
The water splashing right next to me was much needed! It was 110 degrees Fahrenheit this beautiful July day and a bit much. Can't wait to add more Pilates to my future adventures! Until next time!
