In this photo, I am performing the Side Bend exercise on top of Glacier Point in Yosemite. This exercise strengthens the shoulders, obliques, and back muscles. It also provides wonderful stretches for the serratus, intercostal muscles, obliques, and the quadratus lumborum. The view from the top was incredible! It took 4 hours to hike to the top, but it was worth it.
