About the Event
Please join Avanti Pilates for a special cause. This is an hour long intermediate Pilates mat class and we will be offering modifications to make each exercise easier or more difficult. Please have the following prepared: a mat, one to two rolled up towels, and water. Suggested donation is $10. Meeting link and password will be provided in the reminder email.
