About the Event
It's been one year since Covid-19 overtook our lives and we are now approaching the one-year anniversary of going into lockdown. This month's Massage + Pilates class will be dedicated to healing the mental, physical, and spiritual stressors we have endured over the past year.
With this class we are focusing on areas of our body that tend to hold onto stress and anxiety most. We'll be using various massage techniques to massage our own face, scalp, neck, and shoulders. Then we'll lengthen, stretch, and open areas of restriction within the body with guided Pilates movements. You'll feel a sense of relief, hope, and equanimity throughout your body and mind. This will enable you to attain clarity and focus, moving forward and onward with our lives.
Jessica and I have created this monthly class to initiate a positive, encouraging environment among our clients and friends and bring camaraderie within our healing community.
