About the Event
This virtual 90 minute class explores massage therapy, Pilates, and how these healing modalities help us relax and rejuvenate during these highly stressful times. During the first half of class, participants learn techniques to safely massage their own face, scalp, neck. and shoulders. The second half consists of lengthening, strengthening, stretching, and feeling centered with guided Pilates movements. With this class you'll become focused, energized, and heal your mind and body from the inside out.
