Vinyasa Yoga at the Doubletree

This morning I was fortunate enough to teach a Vinyasa Flow yoga class for the employees of the Doubletree Mission Valley Hotel.

This week was the first week I was able to teach Pilates, Yoga, and Barre - what a blessing! I love my "job" I love my life!
