Another month, another Pilates principle!

 
For the month of March, Avanti Pilates is focusing on BREATHING.

Sounds easy enough since we need to breathe to live although this focused approach can be an exercise in itself.

 

This technique not only helps during Pilates, but can help you de-stress and lower your blood pressure. The more you know! 😉
