This past weekend I happened to be in wine country and was a little spontaneous... So I decided to perform the Open-Leg Rocker in the middle of the vineyards. 🍇

This exercise is awesome! You definitely work on balance, coordination and it targets your adductors, spinal flexors, core, hip flexors, and hamstrings.
P.S. it's a LOT harder after drinking exquisite wine🍷😄
