Pilates Around the World: Chicago

Here I am performing a Leg Pull Back in front of the famous Cloud Gate in Millennium Park. Jeans, boots, and frigid autumn temperatures were not ideal for such an advanced Pilates exercise, but I couldn't pass up the chance to pose in front of a giant, reflective bean--one of Chicago's most iconic landmarks! The Leg Pull Back strengthens your hamstring, glutes, and back, engages your abdominal muscles, and fosters increased shoulder stability.
